Cason Tyler was formed in 1997 to invest in land in the Phoenix metro area. Since that time, we have completed over $500 million in real estate transactions and planned over 200 residential and commercial projects. Our investments have spanned four states and multiple property types, each with its own challenges and opportunities. We’ve weathered recessions and market gyrations to create a proven track record of outstanding returns for our investors.
Principals
Perry Mathis formed Cason Tyler in 1997. Mr. Mathis has been in the real estate development business since 1988, and before starting his own firm served as an executive for several large national developers. Mr. Mathis has a BA and MBA from Duke University and is a registered General Contractor and Real Estate Broker in Arizona.
